The IA-1 from Impale Archery challenges the status quo.  Strong and druable, machined from a single piece of 6061 aluminum, weighing 5.2 ounces, and adjustable offering 1.25” of reel foot slide to accommodate most riser styles and reels (including the new Megamouth with proprietary adapter)  The IA-1 was developed to  offer a single solution rod/reel seat that would accept most reels and leave the shooter options for adjustability.   With newer reel styles  entering the market bowfishers need choices.   Both the IA-1 and our flagship product, the REVO offer you a single solution rod/reel seat combination that eliminate twisting and turning between components.  

The Impale Archery adapter is now available to meet the market demands of current REVO and IA-1 users. With the addition of new reels into the marketplace that require a picatinny mounting system the adapter allows you to use your REVO or IA-1 with any picatinny style reel available. 

****This adapter will allow the Megamouth reel to be mounted on an IA-1 or REVO. (Osprey and Black Eagle bow shooters should choose the IA-1 for compatibility.)*****
