Tom
Tom has an extensive 25 year career in Engineering and Product Development for the consumer products industry. He has a great passion for developing products for his fellow sportsman that deliver high caliber results, and he is very excited to be able to contribute to a sport that he is personally committed to. His experience coupled with his passion allow him to bring products from conception through development, and ultimately to the marketplace. Tom is looking forward to continuing his contributions to the sport of bowfishing, and bringing new and exciting products to his fellow sportsman.
Ryan
Ryan's passion for archery spawned at a very young age and continues to grow stronger every season. His father and grandfather introduced him to the sport and now he passes the knowledge, values and ethics along. He feels that the flight of an arrow is peaceful and allows us to be set free in many ways. Ryan has been in professional Sales and Customer Service for many years and he knows how it feels when he's happy with new products and more importantly the service he gets from the company. He looks forward to working with Impale Archery customers in the coming seasons.
